Who are you?

A Key Account Manager (German, English, and Portuguese)

Looking for a job as a Key Account Manager where you can make a difference, be part of a globally growing healthcare company, and help shape the future of orthopaedic care? Glad we found each other.

You are a Key Account Manager with the needed skills to build strong, trusted relationships with hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, and distribution partners, ensuring they achieve maximum value from PeekMed’s solutions.

You act as the bridge between customers and PeekMed, supporting adoption, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to long-term partnerships that improve surgical planning and patient outcomes worldwide.

You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating fluently in German, English, and Portuguese.

To achieve that you have:

• Fluency in German, English, and Portuguese (mandatory)

• Based in Portugal (mandatory)

• Experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Success

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• A proactive and customer-centric mindset

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including hospitals, surgeons, and partners

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or orthopaedics sector

• Experience working with hospitals, surgeons, or medical distributors

• Experience with SaaS or digital health solutions

• Experience working in international environments
